Yes, we ship to various locations, ensuring that our products reach you in the most convenient and efficient way possible. Here are the details of our shipping services:

  • Mainland Portugal: Delivery is made by courier, with an estimated time of 24 to 48 hours, or through a DPD PICK UP store, also with a time limit of 24 to 48 hours.
  • Islands (Madeira and Azores): For the islands, we offer options via air, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 days, via sea, taking between 5 and 14 days, and via DPD PICK UP Store, with delivery in 24 to 48 hours.
  • Continental Spain: Deliveries are made by courier, with an estimated time of 24 to 72 hours.
  • Mainland France, Germany, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: For these countries, we use courier services, with deliveries expected to take between 3 and 5 days.
  • Rest of the World: For customers outside the above-mentioned regions, delivery time varies between 4 and 15 days, depending on the location and shipping method selected.

Yes, as long as the product has not been used, has not been sealed or installed and is kept in its original box. You must notify us by e-mail, explaining the situation, so that we can send you the return procedure. The procedure must be carried out within 14 calendar days, as stipulated by law.

When a product is received with broken or damaged packaging, the carrier must be notified immediately. Simply sign “non-compliant” on the carrier’s PDA. You must then send us an e-mail stating your case within 24 to 48 hours. There you must enter the e-mail address you registered at the time of purchase and the last 6 numbers of your order. Describe the defective product or products in the body of the email and add photographs to prove it.
When sent, we will deal with it as quickly as possible.
