What a great experience dealing with Luis and team. We received a proper review of our requirements with options and a very competitive quotation. Delivery was on time and installation was very neat and tidy. Their advice about the importance of the pool cover was spot on. It fits like a glove thereby ensuring maximum heat retention. Also the choice of heat pump. Very happy to recommend Pools And More.

My husband went to buy a robot pool cleaner. After discussing what he wanted with the owner we spent quite a lot more than we had intended and left with a new "toy". We had some serious teething problems but with excellent support and a couple of extra support visits all is sorted and the pool now virtually cleans itself.
We have had great service and thoroughly recommend Pools and More to anyone, well done boys and thanks again for all your help.

saw the website and called the store was told item was in stock went to pick up all great the experience was very pleasant very helpful then once home realised I needed help to install called Luis he arrange it and Tiago came to fit it all done with no stress will use again for sure its 30 minute round trip but the very special hands on service is worth it,
