Delivered in may, now we are august. A whole summer without swimming pool. Still waiting, no information, not starting the process to return a damaged heat pump. Not the fault of the store that it's damaged but they should resolve it. This is certainly not my fault. Every week whatsapp, email etc. I never signed for it. I immediately saw it was damaged due to someone who can't ride a forklift. Review will be adjusted when they take action.

Luis and his team have been helping us design an upgrade to our pool system. Their support has been invaluable as we are new to all of this. We've also just bought the BeatBot Sora P7 pool cleaner - it's incredible!

Great service, for a great price! I bought the AstralPool Victoria Smart Connect VS100 pump as a drop-in replacement for my old fixed speed Victoria pump. Luis was professional, reactive and understanding. Shipping from Portugal to Belgium was included, free of charge!

Delivery problem: their driver left the package in front of our door! When we arrived, the package was gone. The website isn't responding… UPS says it's up to the website to file a claim!!!!
The website says the package is marked as delivered, but they're ignoring the proof photo, which clearly shows the package in front of the gate!!! I didn't even sign a receipt!

They have been very helpful in advising the correct pump and seem to have many different brands and types in stock so we were able to pick it up ourselves in the Algarve. He even spoke some Dutch 😉 Dank je wel! 😊

Great overall experience, even though the process was a bit more complex than usual. Delivery took some time and required quite a bit of back-and-forth, including handling a manual invoice and arranging shipping since export of EU wasn’t possible through the usual channels.
That said, the seller was very helpful, responsive, and committed throughout the entire process. This wasn’t a typical purchase, and I really appreciated the effort to make it work.
In the end, I received a fantastic pool robot that I wouldn’t have been able to source elsewhere — and it performs exceptionally well.

After purchasing a pool cleaner, it broke down while under warranty. I emailed Maytronics requesting a replacement, as they told me I had to contact the seller. I didn't even receive a reply to my email.

Can't believe I just found this place after living about 15 minutes away for many years! Not what I was expecting - it's more a warehouse than a normal pool shop but with loads of products in stock at very good prices and a friendly knowledgeable English-speaking staff. Bought a pool skimmer which had an initial burst of energy and is now (solar) charging up ready to help clean up all the bougainvillea leaves, insects, dog hairs etc. which get blown in to the pool.
It all looks promising - I'll be back . . .

Contactei e falei com Sr Luís Marques, que até me contactou telefonicamente já tarde para melhor nos entendermos, enchi-me de esperança que seria desta vez que um técnico de confiança e conhecimento responderia com competência e profissionalismo. Acabou por ser outra desilusão pois nem orçamento de enviou. Andei a pedir e lembrar por whatsapp e qual não é o espanto qd me diz que está de férias e volta uns dias depois. Nem orçamento, nem resposta profissional, nem explicação, muito menos pedido de desculpa. Quando ligo para o fixo e o próprio me atende nem lembrava de nada. Imagino que tenham muitos bons clientes e que não precisam de mais, escusava era de deixar a pessoa pendurada a perder tempo. Muito pouco profissional.

I have been using pools and more for a number of years now they are very much my go to pool people. From fixing my skimmers and replacing my pump selector to supplying pool cover . The best nets and the best vacuum attachments I have tried many shops and specialised dealers and Luis is the best and with a little persuading the cheapest.

We live in the UK but own property in Sao Bras and are in the process of refurbishing the property. We visited several Pool specialists/shops and Pools & More gave us the most confidence in being able to both advise and supply the correct goods for our requirements. I have now been back and forth to pools and more for all the materials required to refurbish our pool and will continue to do so for our future needs.
I recommend visiting the shop and talking to the owner Luis, he is fluent in English, polite, patient and knowledgable.
Whilst I run a construction company refurbishing Government commercial properties and refurbished our pool myself I still sought and took Luis's advice on the various issues we had regarding the pool.
He has literally everything you need to refurbish, maintain or renew your pool.

What a great experience dealing with Luis and team. We received a proper review of our requirements with options and a very competitive quotation. Delivery was on time and installation was very neat and tidy. Their advice about the importance of the pool cover was spot on. It fits like a glove thereby ensuring maximum heat retention. Also the choice of heat pump. Very happy to recommend Pools And More.

My husband went to buy a robot pool cleaner. After discussing what he wanted with the owner we spent quite a lot more than we had intended and left with a new "toy". We had some serious teething problems but with excellent support and a couple of extra support visits all is sorted and the pool now virtually cleans itself.
We have had great service and thoroughly recommend Pools and More to anyone, well done boys and thanks again for all your help.

saw the website and called the store was told item was in stock went to pick up all great the experience was very pleasant very helpful then once home realised I needed help to install called Luis he arrange it and Tiago came to fit it all done with no stress will use again for sure its 30 minute round trip but the very special hands on service is worth it,
