8-sided oval pools with side posts. Scots pine wood treated in a class IV autoclave. Blue 60/100 liner for the Grenade and Cannelle models and 75/100 liner for the Safran model. Wooden and stainless steel ladder, 200 g/m² soil protection blanket, skimmer, return valve and sand filter. A minimum concrete slab thickness of 15 cm is mandatory.

No início de junho recebi uma encomenda de produtos de limpeza para a piscina. Dos sete itens, um chegou com o fundo partido, e como se trata de cloro shock, o granulado espalhou-se, inclusive fora da caixa de cartão, através de uma brecha na parte inferior que nem sequer tinha fita adesiva.

A encomenda vinha dividida em duas embalagens, ambas indicavam "Frágil", mas algo correu mal durante o transporte.

Entrei em contacto com a empresa, que me pediu para enviar um email a relatar o sucedido. Fiz isso, mas, apesar de várias tentativas, até hoje fui completamente ignorado e não me deram qualquer resposta.

Acho que faz muito pouco sentido pagar 19€ por um transporte frágil e este ser tratado desta forma.

Can't believe I just found this place after living about 15 minutes away for many years! Not what I was expecting - it's more a warehouse than a normal pool shop but with loads of products in stock at very good prices and a friendly knowledgeable English-speaking staff. Bought a pool skimmer which had an initial burst of energy and is now (solar) charging up ready to help clean up all the bougainvillea leaves, insects, dog hairs etc. which get blown in to the pool.
It all looks promising - I'll be back . . .

Acabou por ser outra desilusão pois nem orçamento de enviou. Andei a pedir e lembrar por whatsapp e qual não é o espanto qd me diz que está de férias e volta uns dias depois. I have been using pools and more for a number of years now they are very much my go to pool people. From fixing my skimmers and replacing my pump selector to supplying pool cover . The best nets and the best vacuum attachments I have tried many shops and specialised dealers and Luis is the best and with a little persuading the cheapest.

We visited several Pool specialists/shops and Pools & More gave us the most confidence in being able to both advise and supply the correct goods for our requirements. I recommend visiting the shop and talking to the owner Luis, he is fluent in English, polite, patient and knowledgable.
Whilst I run a construction company refurbishing Government commercial properties and refurbished our pool myself I still sought and took Luis's advice on the various issues we had regarding the pool.
He has literally everything you need to refurbish, maintain or renew your pool.
